We have been customers of AAA Constant Comfort for over 25 years. Jim and his employees had maintained our original HVAC system and when he told us it was time for a new system, obtained the appropriate permits, inspections and installed a new one. The current system is now over 15 years young, and still works like new.
Having the usual yearly maintenance done, and on those few occasions when parts would wear out or thermostats no longer work, or the day I hit the Freon line with the weed wacker and lost all the Freon in the system, Jim was there with just a phone call. He has come out during normal hours, nights and weekends. There was only one time where I called because the AC went out and he wasn’t available. (He was on a well-deserved vacation, and I had to use a different company). While the other company did a sufficient job, they just didn’t give the personal attention that we had become accustomed to. Jim always inquires if all systems are working well, and if we have any questions on the work that was done. He answers your questions in a manner that is easy for a novice to understand. It’s the personal interest that Jim has, to ensure you are happy with the results.
I’ve always found his pricing to be quite reasonable, even when he has come out after hours.
